Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a school in Coalville. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, based in one school, with a daily rate of £105.

You will support early years learners, help with their development, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with young children, ideally in an EYFS setting, and hold a Level 2/3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification.

• Experience within an EYFS setting would be ideal
• A Level 2/3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification would be desirable
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children
• A patient, caring and reliable approach
• Someone who works well as part of a team
• A DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but you must be willing to obtain one

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with children who is looking for a full-time role in a school environment. You'll be based in one school, Monday to Friday, giving you the chance to build positive relationships with the children and become a familiar and valued member of the team.

The role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting young children with their learning, development and day-to-day progress.
