Job summary

Lantra, based in Kenilworth, is seeking a Certification Manager to head the Certification Team. You will ensure timely processing of Technical Awards and qualification certificates, monitor performance and drive quality improvements while managing budgets and staff development.

The role is full-time, hybrid with flexible arrangements, offering professional development and a supportive environment during a growth phase for Lantra’s awarding body activities.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating certification activities.
• Experience maintaining and improving quality system processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Certification Team to process Technical Awards and Qualification certificates and cards on time.
• Oversee daily operations, manage workloads, resources and performance to meet targets.
• Ensure quality assurance/control processes and implement improvements.
• Develop team objectives and staff development plans.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, and supplier/despatch activities.
