Job summary

Lantra is seeking a Certification Manager to lead the Certification Team in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, with a hybrid working arrangement. The role oversees processing of Technical Awards and Certificates, ensuring accuracy, quality checks and timely despatch, while maintaining GDPR and ISO9001 compliance.

The successful candidate will drive KPI reporting, customer support, staff development and stock management, within a growing organisation that values flexibility and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience of planning and maintaining quality system processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• IT proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• GCSEs or equivalent at level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Certification Team to process Technical Awards and Certification certificates and cards accurately and on time.
• Oversee daily operations, workloads, resources and performance to meet targets and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure GDPR and ISO9001 compliance and drive quality improvements.
• Manage stock levels, suppliers and despatch arrangements.
