Symmetric Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Business Assurance Manager for its client in the UK. You will own the integrated management system covering ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, lead internal and external audits, and provide independent assurance to senior leadership while overseeing day‑to‑day facilities management across UK sites.

You will maintain certifications, manage non-conformances and risk, coach a small assurance team and report findings to executives.

Qualificações

• Experience leading internal audits in an ISO environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Experience handling non-conformances and continual improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver internal audit programme across all departments.
• Lead external audit preparation; liaise with certification bodies.
• Maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications.
• Oversee non-conformances, risk and issue processes.
• Manage health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Report audit findings to senior management.
• Oversee UK facilities and coach the assurance team.
