Job summary

Workspace Group is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager on a 12-month maternity contract for Pall Mall and Grand Union. You will support day-to-day operations and help drive occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent customer experience.

The role requires on-site, five days a week, close collaboration with the Centre Manager, and a strong focus on customer service, community engagement, and efficient centre performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of our centres.
• Assist Centre Manager and deputise when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to queries.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through proactive engagement.
• Support community events and centre promotion.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and move-in/out processes.
• Work with FM to maintain high standards.
