Blue Gem operates some of London's most premium workspaces and is growing fast, opening new buildings. This is the Assistant Centre Manager seat at a Central London centre, offering real responsibility from day one and a clear path to Centre Manager.

You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager, learning to run a building yourself in a hands-on role with direct client contact and leadership responsibilities. A fast-paced, premium environment awaits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the centre alongside the Centre Manager.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and maintain premium standards.
• Build real relationships with a close set of clients.
• Help lead and motivate a team of up to five.
• Coordinate with landlord and building management on facilities.
• Be the friendly, reliable face of Blue Gem to everyone who walks through the door.
