You will lead the on-site team, shape standards, manage the budget, and build a vibrant community for clients. Expect fast progression, internal promotion, and a culture of ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or similar environments.
• Proven ability to run and develop on-site teams.
• Standards-obsessed with eye for detail.
• Commercial mindset with ability to read a P&L.
• Love building communities and spaces.

Responsibilities

• Run the building, its standards and its community.
• Develop the on-site team through 1-2-1s, performance management, and development plans.
• Own the site P&L and budget, understanding every line and driving commercial performance.
• Create and maintain 5-star hotel standards throughout the centre.
• Build genuine community among clients and make the space come alive.
• Set occupancy and team performance targets from month three.
