Halfords, National Tyres and Autocare division, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a busy automotive service centre. You will drive team performance, deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage operations to meet and exceed sales KPIs.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills within automotive or similar industry.
- Track record of delivering high customer satisfaction and managing KPI targets.
- Coaching-based approach to team development and in-the-moment training.
- Experience meeting Health & Safety and compliance standards.
- Experience handling high sales turnover and achieving KPI goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and IT literacy with in-house systems.
