Qualificações

• Excellent leadership and team management within automotive or similar sector.
• Strong track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Coaching-based approach to team development and training.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety standards.
• Experience with high sales turnover and KPI management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn company systems.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• A current valid driving licence.
