- Experience managing people within automotive sector.
- Strong commercial and sales background.
- Valid UK driving licence – Essential
- Strong customer-service and account-management skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the centre and workshop teams and drive sales performance
- Run the day-to-day operation of the centre
- Maximise customer conversion and ensure strong customer service
- Manage stock control, deliveries, branch assets and takings
- Ensure workshop equipment and machinery are properly maintained
- Maintain Health & Safety and operational standards
- Coach and train team members where required
