Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead a busy service centre in Plymouth. The role focuses on daily operations, team leadership, and driving sales growth within a reputable national company.

You will oversee stock control, safety compliance, and service delivery while promoting exceptional customer service and technical excellence across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive management experience at Centre Manager/Assistant Centre Manager level.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good sales and customer service abilities.
• Technical or mechanical knowledge of vehicles or automotive systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the service centre.
• Drive sales achievements and provide on-the-spot training as needed.
• Oversee the management of all depot activities, including stock control, security, and asset protection.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and audit procedures.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery are serviced and maintained regularly.
• Manage stock deliveries and ensuring proper storage upon receipt.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, technical knowledge, and operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive manager to lead a busy service centre within a reputable and expanding national company. The Fast Fit Centre Manager will be responsible for the daily operations, team leadership, and driving sales growth, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Duties of the Fast Fit Centre Manager:

Requirements of the Fast Fit Centre Manager:

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager within the automotive industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good sales and customer service abilities
• Technical or mechanical knowledge of vehicles or automotive systems
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of six months
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
