Halfords is recruiting a Centre Manager for our Leicestershire autocentre to lead a busy team and ensure an outstanding customer journey. The role focuses on coaching, compliance, and delivering strong KPI results in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

You will drive performance, maximise sales, manage health and safety standards, and develop staff through training and progression opportunities within the UK's largest automotive service group.

• On-target earnings up to £51,500
• Comprising a base salary of £40,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,500 per year.
• 5 days a week (This centre is closed on Sundays)

Skills and experience

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI's
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management
• A current valid driving licence
