Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Centre Manager in Oxfordshire to lead the Autocentre team, oversee daily operations, and drive the customer journey from start to finish. You will manage KPIs, coach staff, and ensure safety standards while maintaining high sales performance.

• On-target earnings up to £55,778
• Comprising a base salary of £40,000 - £44,278
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,500 per year.
• 5 days a week (This centre is closed on Sundays)
