Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Centre Manager in Leicester to lead a high-performing autocentre team and deliver an outstanding customer journey. You will drive sales, manage KPI performance and mentor staff to ensure service excellence and growth within the centre.

The role offers a base salary of £40,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus; on-target earnings up to £51,500 annually, plus generous benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and training.
• Experience meeting Health & Safety standards.
• Experience with high sales turnover and KPI management.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• IT Proficient, with ability to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management.
• A current valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop autocentre team to meet targets and deliver excellent customer journeys.

• Manage KPI performance and sales turnover to maximise profitability.

• On-target earnings up to £51,500
• Comprising a base salary of £40,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,500 per year.
• 5 days a week (This centre is closed on Sundays)
