Halfords is seeking a Designate Centre Manager to support local Autocentres within West Yorkshire. You will lead in-centre teams, drive customer service and ensure strong performance while adapting to a dynamic automotive environment.

The role offers structured progression, a mix of field travel and on-site leadership, and an uncapped bonus scheme based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational coaching-based approach to team development and training.
• Strong financial acumen with experience of managing P&L and optimizing profit.
• Experience meeting Health & Safety compliance standards.

A newly created role within our Autocentre business, our Designate centre managers will be a vital support to our management team. As a Designate centre manager, you will be supporting local centres within the area within a reasonable travel time and leading the in centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation. No two days are the same so you will need to be open to change, adaptable, and ensure that the team are on board and motivated to constantly move forwards with the everchanging environment that adapts to meet our customers’ needs and demands. This experience will set you up to successfully run your own allocated centre when an appropriate vacancy arises.

• On-target earnings up to £51,600
• Comprising a base salary of £37,500 - £40,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,600 per year.
