Explore Learning, based at the Hampton centre in the UK, is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a high‑performing education centre. You’ll drive performance, profitability, staff development and client growth while ensuring safeguarding and Ofsted compliance.

You’ll balance tutoring excellence with business operations, coach a supervisory team and foster a positive culture that delivers strong member experiences and continuous progress for children.

Responsibilities

• Lead centre performance with KPI-driven insights
• Own centre profitability including revenue, staffing efficiency, and growth of membership
• Coach and develop a supervisor and tutoring team
• Foster a high‑performing, engaged culture with accountability
• Safeguard every child and ensure Ofsted and company compliance
• Drive community engagement and local partnerships for membership growth
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences from enquiry to progress
• Oversee daily operations for smooth, efficient centre running
