Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our automotive retail Centre in a role reporting to the Centre Manager. You will provide excellent service, help meet sales targets, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the Centre.

The ideal candidate has experience in a busy retail environment within the automotive sector, with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to tasks. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Flexible approach to tasks and able to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive the best service and care to minimise complaints.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the Centre.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services in line with procedures.
• Recruit and interview Centre staff.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress within the Company.
• Carry out service and repair on vehicles as required.
• Support other Centres when necessary.

Job description

Hours

The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am hours to 5.00pm hours and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
• To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
• To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
• To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
• Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
• Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
• To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
• To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
• The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments

The role reports directly to the Centre Manager
