Webrecruit is seeking a dynamic Centre Retail Co-ordinator in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service in a busy automotive retail environment, maintaining high standards, and achieving sales targets.

You will manage workload, support multiple centres when required, recruit and train staff, perform vehicle service tasks, and liaise with head office to ensure compliance with health, safety and stock procedures.

Competenze

• The candidate should have a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Experience in busy retail environments, preferably automotive.
• Familiarity with retail best practices and customer care.

• Ensure customers receive the best customer service and care to minimize complaints.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress within the Company.
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle.
• Support other Centres when asked, when necessary.
• Adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
• Comply with reasonable instructions from Management.
• Ensure uniform is clean and presentable at all times.
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments.

Hours:
The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am hours to 5.00pm hours and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview

Salary:
Dependent on experience

Holiday: 20 days per year, plus statutory holidays

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
• To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
• To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
• To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
• Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
• Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
• To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
• To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
• The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
