Job summary

Webrecruit is seeking a capable candidate to join our automotive retail Centre. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a clean, well-presented centre and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in busy automotive retail, be an excellent communicator, and manage their own workload with a flexible approach to tasks. Training and development opportunities are provided by the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints to minimise issues.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview employees for the Centre.
• Identify training needs for staff development.
• Carry out service and repair on vehicles as required.
• Support other Centres when needed.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control policies.

Job description

Hours:
The Company's normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am hours to 5.00pm hours and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview

Salary:
Dependent on experience

Holiday: 20 days per year, plus statutory holidays

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
• To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
• To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
• To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
• Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
• Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
• To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
• To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
• The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
