Job summary

Iconic Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Central Reservations Coordinator to support four iconic UK properties from a home-based role. You’ll be part of an established reservations team and deliver a first-class guest experience with flexibility and the highest standards.

You will handle telephone and email inquiries, be proficient with Opera Cloud and Premier Spa, and upsell across all hotel experiences. A calm, detail‑oriented approach and reliable high‑speed internet are essential for success in

• Experience working in a reservations department.
• Confident communicating by telephone and email.
• Excellent understanding of Opera Cloud and Premier Spa.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure to deliver the best guest experience.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Working from home – requires high speed internet and a proper workspace.

Responsibilities

• Be confident in knowledge of Iconic hotels and upsell across experiences.
• Navigate electronic booking systems to increase daily productivity.
• Represent Iconic Hotels & Resorts professionally to guests.
• Take ownership of inquiries and see bookings through to final stage.
• Be a point of contact for regular guests and provide a bespoke experience.

Central Reservations Coordinator – About you

• Have experience working within a reservations department
• Be confident communicating by telephone and email
• Have excellent understanding of Opera Cloud and Premier Spa.
• Be able to remain calm under pressure in order to deliver the best guest experience
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Working from home – you must have high speed internet, access to router with free ethernet socket and own furnishings allowing healthy and comfortable workspace

Aim of the Central Reservations Coordinator role

• Be confident in your knowledge of all Iconic hotels, able to sell and upsell to guests across all of the fantastic experiences these hotels have to offer
• Be intuitive with the electronic hotel booking systems to increase productivity throughout your day
• Take pride in representing all Iconic Hotels & Resorts
• Increase potential revenue by respectfully upselling to future guests through your confidence and knowledge of what each hotel has to offerTake ownership of all enquires seeing each booking through to the final stage
• Take pride in being a point of contact for regular guests, providing a bespoke experience
