Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a proactive sales-focused individual to drive Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions and group opportunities. You’ll be the first impression for customers, handling enquiries and guiding leads to close.

Role fields are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm with on target earnings potential of up to £3,500 on top of base salary. Includes benefits such as club discounts, holiday allowance, training support, and parking.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role would be preferred.
• Hospitality experience or knowledge would be ideal.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximise MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and Group opportunities from new and existing enquiries while meeting client expectations.

What will I do?

This is a pivotal role as you’ll be the first impression a customer will have! No cold calling! You’ll focus on maximising MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and Group opportunities through new and existing enquiries whilst meeting client expectations.

Is this the role for me?

• Previousexperience within a sales role would be preferred
• Hospitality experience or knowledge would be ideal
• Strong customer service skills
• No experience? No problem, if you have the ‘will’ we can train the ‘skill’!
