Job summary

QHotels Ltd. is seeking a passionate, organised sales-focused reservations professional to drive golf sales across the group.

You will handle all aspects of reservations and event sales, promote the hotel portfolio and facilities, and maximise revenue from confirmed bookings and enquiries. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule (8.00am–6.00pm) with a potential 40-hour full-time or 20-hour part-time pattern, a chance to train and gain qualifications, and benefits including free health club

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role.
• Golf knowledge or experience.
• Passion for golf as a sport.
• Reservation coordination would be preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

This is a pivotal role as you’ll be the first impression a customer will have! You’ll focus on golf sales across the group, you will be responsible for all aspects of reservations and event sales, promoting the hotel portfolio and facilities, maximising revenue opportunities via confirmed bookings and enquiries.
