Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser for Crystal Peaks. You will develop client relationships, manage leads, and work with Estate Agency and admin teams to deliver a seamless service.

The role offers uncapped commission, a basic salary and a clear career path, with training and support to progress within the company. A strong CeMAP qualification and mortgage advising experience are essential.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to work in the UK and right to work documents are required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance and Sales Director teams.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
