Job summary

Just Mortgages in Cardiff is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team. You must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent. The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and a clear career path.

You will build and manage client relationships, handle branch leads, and work alongside Estate Agency and support teams to deliver excellent service. A secure progression track and ongoing training accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Mortgage and Protection Advising experience essential.
• Must have legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximising in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads from Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training and Development, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director to ensure efficient client process.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish.
