Job summary

Just Mortgages in Croydon is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, with CeMAP or equivalent. You will build client relationships, generate leads, and work with the Estate Agency team to maximise opportunities.

We offer a basic salary of £22,000–£28,000 plus on-target earnings of £40,000–£60,000+ per year, an uncapped commission scheme, a company car or £250 monthly car allowance, a company laptop and a clear career path with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• UK right to work required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business; maximise in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work with Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance, and Divisional Sales Director to streamline the process.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from start to finish.
