Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser for Crystal Peaks. You will hold CeMAP or equivalent and build client relationships, advise on mortgages and protection, and work with the Estate Agency team to maximise opportunities.

The role is full-time, office-based with standard hours and alternate Saturdays. A competitive package includes a basic salary 22,000–28,000, OTE 40,000–60,000+, uncapped commission, a company car or £250 monthly allowance, a laptop,

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
• Legal entitlement to work in the UK and ability to provide right-to-work evidence is required.

Responsabilités

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business; maximise in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work with Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance and Sales teams to ensure a smooth process for the client.
