Job summary

Just Mortgages in Leicester is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser who holds CeMAP qualification (or equivalent). You will develop client relationships, assess needs, and deliver tailored mortgage and protection solutions with a focus on excellent service.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and KPIs while maintaining high service levels.
• Strong communication across email, phone, face-to-face and video channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain client relationships; maximise in-branch opportunities.
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximise value from each client.
• Generate own leads and business; work with Estate Agency and support teams.
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish and exceed expectations.
