You will provide expert mortgage and protection advice, building relationships with estate agency colleagues and guiding customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
