Just Mortgages is seeking an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser (Leicester). You must hold CeMAP or equivalent. The role offers a base salary with a lucrative OTE and a comprehensive package including a company car or car allowance, laptop, and ongoing training.

You will build client relationships, follow up branch leads, and work closely with multiple teams to deliver excellent service. The position is full-time, office-based with standard hours and occasional Saturdays.

Competenze

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising essential.
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK and right to work evidence required.
• Probationary period applies.

Mansioni

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business in-branch.
• Follow up on leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Collaborate with Estate Agency, Admin, Training & Development, Compliance and Divisional Sales Director to optimise process for clients.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from start to finish.
