Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a CCTV Controller to ensure the safety and security of our site during permanent night shifts (18:00–06:00). You will operate CCTV and other security systems, follow escalation procedures, and maintain accurate logs and records.

The role requires a valid SIA CCTV license, ability to communicate clearly, and a proactive approach to risk assessment and incident management. You will work within a supportive security team in the Ipswich area.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV and other security systems to maintain site safety.
• Maintain logs and incident escalation with Security Manager.
• Deploy security resources to incidents and matters arising.
• Operate fire alarm, PA, VMS, intruder/panic alarms and related systems.
• Document incidents accurately and professionally.
