Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking CCTV Operators (Enforcement) on a casual worker basis to monitor and enforce parking controls during shifts from Monday to Saturday. The role includes data entry, camera checks, and reporting defects, with full-time hours also available upon interview.

This is a frontline position supporting public safety and compliance in the council environment. Candidates should have the right to work in the UK and a customer service background.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Customer service experience in a demanding environment (desirable).
• Ability to follow instructions within a closely managed operation.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enforcement data to identify potential contraventions and input data/images for penalties.
• Carry out pre-shift equipment checks and test camera functionality.
• Maintain records to support audits and operational continuity.
• Report defects with signs or lines and ensure parking equipment works correctly.
