Qualifications

• SIA DS or SG licence is essential.
• Five years' checkable history and references.
• Pass a CRC to required standards.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Good IT and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control for buildings and car parks for employees, visitors and contractors.
• Patrol buildings, car parks and grounds to deter and detect problems.
• Respond to customer requests and queries in a professional manner.
• Check and challenge ID passes with a professional approach.
• Deactivate/activate alarms and lock/unlock areas to ensure no unauthorised access.
• Identify and report Health & Safety issues; carry out first aid if necessary.
• Maintain incident records using computer and paper systems.
