Job summary
Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team working with our prestigious clients in a brand new control room on site, covering 3 distribution warehouses. You will oversee the security team and contribute to site safety.
Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off day and night 12-hour shifts. 42 hours per week on average with OT available. Full uniform will be provided.
Qualifications
- SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence and CCTV licence required.
- 5 years checkable work and address history
- Reliable, punctual, flexible and smart in appearance
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
- Experience in security or customer-facing roles beneficial
- Ability to interact positively with clients and customers
- Willingness to provide original documents for screening and vetting
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff work in a professional and safe manner
- Protect company property by maintaining a safe environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in defence of life or property
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report detailed information on suspicious incidents
- Conduct CCTV reviews for incidents as required
- Be the emergency point of contact for security onsite
- Full uniform provided
- Work within a control room environment
