Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is recruiting for a CCTV Control Room Operator at Anfield Stadium. The role covers night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern, 18:00–06:00, with an hourly rate of £14.35 and full induction plus ongoing training.

You will monitor CCTV, manage incidents, control access, and collaborate with on-site teams to maintain safety across a large venue. Essential licences underpin the role, with opportunities for progression within the security team.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence (Essential).
• Valid CCTV Licence (Essential).
• Experience in CCTV or Security Control Room on a large site (Essential).
• Confident liaising with patrols, on-site teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents.
• Provide a visible, proactive security presence.
• Control access and conduct security patrols to deter crime.
• Escalate hazards and incidents appropriately.
• Engage with the public in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively within a security team.
