Job summary

Canterbury City Council is seeking a Central Control Room Operator to join the hub of our modern city centre team. You will support Lifeline telecare users, coordinate with emergency services, monitor CCTV and out-of-hours systems, and manage ANPR car parks and bollard access.

The role is site-based with a 24/7 rota, including days and nights, and requires strong communication, accuracy, and team spirit. Applicants must have or be able to obtain an SIA CCTV Public Space Surveillance Licence and
