Bupa is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality CBT and brief interventions at Mindplace Cheltenham. The role involves assessments, formulations, and a range of delivery models including in-person and remote sessions.

• BABCP accreditation required.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited) required.
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience in high intensity CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or brief interventions.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone or video sessions as appropriate.
• Adhere to Bupa case management processes and collaborate with the therapy team.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and work with the team to improve client experience.
