Job summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Restaurant Associates on a part-time basis, contracted to 32 hours per week in the Greater London area. The role focuses on delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service across kitchens and service counters.

You will supervise culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellent standards while maintaining a strong brand

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated with a willingness to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to high standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams to excel in their roles.
