Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor on a 16-hour-per-week contract to oversee our catering and service operations for a major High Street brand. You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly, supervise teams, and uphold standards of food quality and customer service.

The role offers progression within a leading hospitality company with exposure across 6,000 venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated with a desire to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain quality and service.
• Communicate with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and the culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
