A local authority council in the United Kingdom seeks a Catering Supervisor responsible for managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork abilities, and possess a strong knowledge of nutritional standards required for school meals. The role entails preparing meals, managing staff, and overseeing food orders in a dynamic school environment. This is a full-time position requiring effective communication skills and a passion for food.

Working 35 hours per week; Working times are Monday - Friday 7.30 am - 2pm Term Time only plus 6 days in the school holiday for cleaning & training.
Cityserve is the Birmingham City Council multi award-winning catering service for school meals providing fresh and nutritious food for school kitchens across the UK. Hours of work will be between 7.00am to 2.30pm.
