As a Catering Supervisor with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of our catering operations, assisting with food preparation and service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The Role

1. Supervise daily catering operations, ensuring high food & service standards and compliance with Food Safety/Allergen protocols, including when the Manager is off-site.
2. Supervise front-of-house operations.
3. Support the Chef Manager to ensure presentation, portioning, staffing, and costings meet budget expectations.
4. Manage online orders via Saffron, handle invoices, petty cash, till declarations, and record daily takings.
5. Assist in training and developing the catering team for continuous improvement.
6. Maintain a positive attitude and handle customer issues professionally.
7. Ensure high hygiene standards and site cleanliness.
8. Uphold health & safety standards, ensuring a secure environment.
9. Ensure timely meal service aligned with quality standards.
10. Represent the catering and operations teams with a focus on client satisfaction.
