Job description

Position: Catering Supervisor

Location: Queen Margaret Hospital

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team. The work pattern involves 12-hour shifts every second weekend, primarily from 1pm to 7pm, with some flexibility required to cover leave or sickness.

Requirements:

1. Experience in staff supervision within a catering environment is essential.
2. Experience in a food regeneration environment is beneficial.
3. A food hygiene certificate would be advantageous.
4. Basic computer skills, including using Excel and staff scheduling software daily.

Please note that weekend shifts are paid at an enhanced rate.
