Job summary

Aramark in Liverpool seeks a capable restaurant operations supervisor to assist the management team at the Hill Dickinson Stadium service operations. You will help coordinate staff rotas, maintain service standards, and ensure safety and hygiene compliance.

You will train team members, handle customer queries, monitor stock and cash handling, and support events with a professional, customer-focused approach. Two years' catering experience and HACCP knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word/Excel and stock systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends.
• Solid HACCP knowledge and hygiene standards.
• Minimum two years in a catering environment.
• Experience training and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff requirements and rosters under the management team.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
• Train employees in food prep, service, sanitation and safety.
• Monitor quality and service to meet standards.
• Inspect supplies and equipment for efficiency and conformance.
• Handle hiring, onboarding and timesheets.
• Assist with event setup and coverage.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation.
