Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in leading kitchen teams in hospitality or stadium settings.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, and UK food safety laws.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Proven problem-solving under pressure and resilient leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and training of kiosk teams to deliver high standards.
• Ensure hygiene, stock control, wastage recording and safety checks.
• Collaborate with Retail Head Chef to deliver GA and retail experiences.
• Oversee menu prep, system creation, and logistics for events.
