Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Manager to lead food service operations at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, Liverpool. You will coordinate staff, ensure HACCP compliance, and deliver high standards of service for Evertonian and other guests.

As part of a dynamic team, you will train employees, manage stock, handle cash, and continuously improve guest experience across multiple service points, including front-of-house duties during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a catering environment.
• Previous management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of Food Hygiene including HACCP.
• Flexibility regarding shifts and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rotas and manage staffing needs.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
• Train staff in food prep, service, sanitation, and safety.
• Observe operations to ensure quality and standards.
• Inspect supplies and equipment for efficiency.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and supervisor schedules.
• Set up and clear events and provide staff coverage.
• Maintain HACCP and Health & Safety compliance.
• Own service of food and drink at each service point.
• Support front of house during busy periods.
• Suggest improvements to menus and service style.
• Manage inventory and monthly stock takes.
• Cash handling according to procedures.
• Maintain personal hygiene and appearance.
• Promote company policies and engage with tools.
