Job summary

Aramark Ltd in Liverpool is recruiting Casual Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our Everton Stadium team. You will lead multiple outlets during events, ensure smooth service, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers opportunities to drive sales, handle guest feedback promptly, train staff, and ensure compliance with licensing and Challenge 25 policies, while enjoying a rewarding, hands-on hospitality experience. Pay: £16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple F&B outlets and ensure smooth operations.

• Operate tills and reconcile cash during shifts.

Job description

• You will be responsible for the management of multiple F&B outlets, with several different service delivery styles.
• Attend pre-event / post-event briefings and relay all information back to your team
• Manage a team of people across multiple outlets, ensuring all units are running smoothly and all tasks are delegated.
• Drive sales and productivity within the units and promote upselling
• Handling any feedback/complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the training and development of team members - identifying potential talent and consistently monitoring the teams performance and providing feedback.
• Operating the till and processing payments - you will be responsible for the reconciliation of the tills throughout your shift.
• Ensure licencing and alcohol policies are adhered to at all times (Challenge 25)
  Previous experience in a hospitality environment
• Previous supervisory experience with strong leadership qualities
• A confident team player who thrives on working within a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
