Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef Manager for our Stocksfield location. You will lead the catering team, oversee daily production and service, and work with the operations manager to deliver excellent hospitality and food.

You will manage budgets, ensure quality, and drive customer satisfaction across staff dining and events. A hands-on, energetic leader with strong communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering excellent food standards.
• Hands-on catering manager capable of leading a team.
• Good communication with clients and meeting objectives.
• Competent with basic computer skills and software.
• Strong reading, writing and listening skills.
• Experience in customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering team in daily production and service across the site.
• Manage budgets and deliver client and company annual budgets.
• Develop and implement dining and hospitality facilities to standards.
• Prepare and report monthly/annual Profit & Loss statements for Thomas Franks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all catering facilities year-round.
