Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chef Manager for our Stocksfield site. You will lead the catering team, manage daily production and service for staff and guests, and ensure exceptional food quality and customer service across all dining areas.

You will manage budgets, drive food offer development, and oversee financial reporting. A recognised cooking qualification (City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent) and proven catering leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading catering teams in a contract catering setting.
Strong budgetary and financial reporting skills.
Excellent customer service and client liaison abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the catering team for daily production and service across the site.
Deliver client-approved budgets and the company annual budget.
Develop the food offer while maintaining quality and service standards.
Prepare and review monthly and annual Profit & Loss statements for Thomas Franks.
Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies.
