Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, bartending, or restaurant management.
• Supervising or team management experience within a hospitality or culinary setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations; hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Additional skills such as serving, hospitality expertise, or barista experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all catering activities, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and bar service.
• Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, bartenders, servers, and support personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
