Grazing, a sharp, agile London‑based contract caterer, is hiring an experienced Catering Manager to lead catering services for a prestigious client. This key leadership role covers day‑to‑day operations, delivering exceptional dining and event experiences and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will lead and develop a team, ensure excellent customer service, manage budgets and performance, and drive profitability with hands‑on involvement in P&L, reporting and continuous service

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar catering/operations role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage budgets, P&L and performance metrics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day catering operations for a prestigious client.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.
• Manage suppliers, orders and service delivery standards.
• Ensure health & safety and food hygiene compliance on site.
• Maintain client relationships and drive profitability and reporting.
• Take full financial responsibility (P&L) and budget control.
