Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Doncaster is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant to support dining and front-of-house service. The role offers 25 hours per week with shifts Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-7:00pm and Sundays 9:00am-2:00pm, at a pay rate of £12.74 per hour.

You will prepare dining areas, serve portions, clean areas, and handle cash and records while delivering friendly service. Experience in catering is desirable; training for Food Hygiene and Health & Safety is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience in a similar environment (desirable).
• Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certificates (training provided if not held).
• Adequate numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident with strong organisational and time management skills.

Shift Pattern: (Monday to Thursday 3:00pm to 7:0pm) & (Sundays 9am to 2.00pm)
